fatcs:
Spanish food is very healthy and they have a well balanced diet.
Bolos are very popular in Spain and these are jam filled rolls and they have these for breakfast.
Magdalenas are another type of famous food in Spain which they eat for breakfast.
Rabbit stew is a unique piece of Spanish food which they have for their lunch.
At tea time there is a meal called “arroz cubano” which is a meal they have for their tea as well and this is very popular in Spain.

3)The Moors and the Arabs who controlled much of the Iberian peninsula for some seven hundred years contributed greatly, not only by introducing rice and sugar cane along with a host of previously unseen fruits and vegetables.
4)Spanish cuisine consists of a variety of dishes which stem from differences in geography, culture and climate. It is heavily influenced by seafood available from the waters that surround the country.
5) It is also renowned for its health benefits and fresh ingredients.

MY SPANISH FOOD FACTS !

1.Tapas is not a type of food but a way of eating it. Tapa means cover and was traditionally a slice of cheese or ham placed over a drink.

2. Though Spain is more famous for its red wine than white, the majority of its vine yards have white grapes.

3. Tomatoes, potatoes, avocadoes, and chocolate were all imported into Europe by Spain.

4. The Spanish in particular, the people of Cadiz, they claim to have invented fried fish. Great Britain had links to Cadiz in the eighteenth century and it is thought that the British imported the idea of fish ‘n’ chips from there.

5. Common wine labeling is also used in Spain to guarantee the quality of ham and olive oil.

The following things are what i found out about the spanish foods
.Traditional spanish foods is unpretentious and easy to make
. Paella is originally from spain and its the most famous food
. The spanish cusine is very much influenced by seafood form the sea waters around the country
. Many spanish foods are cooked and prepared in the same way that they were two or three hundread years ago
.The Spanish ´tapa´ tradition is as important for the conversation and company as for the delicious Spanish food. Every Spaniard has his favourite tasca, as the tapas bars are often called, where people go regularly to meet their friends. Tapas can be found everywhere even in small pubs and villages

in spain they say there is nothing more traditional than jamón serrano. in spain ham is a national treasure by all walks of life.jamones wherever you look hanging in stores, bars, and even private homes.also in spain ´tapa is a tradition its important for the conversation and company for the delicious Spanish food. 5. Meals eaten by Spaniards are made traditionally by hand, from fresh ingredients bought daily from the local market.

1) On the first saturday of September a fiesta called Jerez’s sherry festival takes place and the spanish get to taste up to 100 different types of wine.
2) Cider is popular in the north of Spain.
3) A sefood festival takes place in O’Grove and you get to taste different fish and seafood dishes
4) Dinner starts at 10pm
5) The main course for breakfast is coffee.

1)Tomatoes, potatoes, avocadoes, tobacco, and cacao (for chocolate) were all imported into Europe by Spain.
2)Households in Spain buy fresh pan (bread) every day.
3)Serrano ham is one of Spains favourites, along with Paella.
4)Spain produces massive amounts of oranges.
